Two siblings, Alejandro and Cristina, started MINCA to solve three simple things: help you enjoy the finest Colombian specialty coffee at home, support our farmers with fair trade and better conditions, and open a pathway for rare, small, unrepeatable microlots to reach the world.

Minca Coffee brings Colombia's finest specialty green coffee directly to London's best roasters.

We source single-origin microlots from family farms in Antioquia, Huila, Nariño, and the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, regions that produce some of the Colombia's most complex and vibrant coffees.

Every lot we offer is selected for exceptional cup quality (85+ SCA points), full traceability from seed to sack, and a commitment to sustainable farming practices.

We believe great coffee starts with the people who grow it. That's why we work directly with producers, ensuring fair prices and long-term relationships that benefit their communities.

Based in Bogotá with roots in London, we bridge the gap between Colombian coffee farms and UK roasters, no middlemen, no compromise on quality.
